YOU have to draw it. Perhaps I'm confused. Of course we have to draw the lines, that's what schematic capture is. I'm not talking about redrawing the schematic, just assigning pin numbers to pins. Why would that change the geometry of the schematic? If pin U13-A has been assigned number "3" why should that cause any lines to change? > And then use the .net.aslo netlist to display as-built-lines in orange Are we talking about pcb here?
