Any swapping solution should be able to at least go back and annotate
pins with the actual physical pin number chosen, else there's no point
to an as-built.

We currently do swapping in gschem, so it knows the pin numbers and
can display them.

Any time we defer pin swapping to downstream of gschem, we need a way
to merge that information with the schematic so that we can have a
schematic with physical pin numbers on them.

I don't think this needs a "automatically draw a new schematic"
feature, just a way of saying "I picked pins 1,2,3 for that symbol".
