"Stereo amplifier" is probably a good example of this - there's lots
of dual-channel amplifier chips, you'd use one half in a "channel amp"
schematic, instantiate that schematic twice, but you'd want to use
just one dual amp chip.  Which half is which probably depends more on
where you want the output connectors to be than anything else ;-)

I think you've gone beyond the complexity I'd like to see in a swap
