The first I=92ve posted here before. It checks for duplicate refdes/pin =
pairs. The second checks that the number of pins associated with the =
refdes matches either the expectation for the footprint, or the =
designer=92s expectation.

These are both good at detecting misconstructed packages: =
missing/duplicate slots or pieces of split packages. For easy scripting, =
they log errors to standard error output and return an exit code of 1 if =
they detect a problem.
