This adds backtrace_with_line_numbers() that uses GNU libc backtrace() and
addr2lines to mostly get get line numbers right, and ASSERT_BT(cond) which
works like assert but you get a full backtrace.

These may be useful for tracking down bugs that happen only rarely without
having to use debugger all the time.
