A low level entry to geda development. Membership in the launchpad group does not grant that many permissions. You get some bragging rights and that's about it. But it may have a psychological effect. Users may feel attached to the project. It starts to be "us" rather than "them". Members may be more likely to start commenting on bugs, tag them appropriately, or even once in a blue moon start hacking. ---<)kaimartin(>---
