If your pad is short enough (optimally its length is 0), the two round ends have their centers very close (or in the same point) so the two half circles form a circle. An easy way to get this is to draw a short trace in pcb, convert it to element, press q on it and save the element then edit the file with a text editor to get the x;y coordinates of the line the same for both endpoints.
