Those two functions are not used, but the shortcut commands are hooked into the ":" command line interface. I.e. you can type ":SaveFile(foo.pcb)" or just ":s foo.pcb" Note that before actions, the : command *only* let you use those shortcuts. The shortcuts are currently implemented as actions, so you can also s(foo.pcb) in an action script :-)
