Very easy: do something yourself. Bug tracker currently lists 344 bugs, many of them are already solved, just not completed. Other bugs are solvable within an hour. There's a long list of formatting-for-Doxygen patches in Berts fork. Review for typos -> cherry-pick to master -> push. Easy as cake.
