If the logic correctly identifies dangling nets, it's not flawed. If it's giving you information you don't want, just ignore it. If it's helping people find problems in their schematics, even if it's not helping *everyone*, then it's overall a useful feature (assuming the presence of a red dot doesn't somehow prevent others from producing otherwise valid schematics).
