Added. It's 40 mils in diameter, which is probably useful in most cases, 
but is lost in the crowd easily for large footprints (connector(20,5)). 
It's red, because all my annotations are red.

I've also added "none" to the available connector silkmark parameter 
values. I am going to add more optional parameters this weekend: ones to 
specify drill size, ring size, clearance, whether even rows should be 
shifted by half spacing.
