libsqlite is just an embedded database engine, it handles database
things (storage format, querying, etc.); an aggregator / online query
interface would have to be built around it

I remember playing 1-2 years ago with component-library-command in
gschem, gave up eventually (other things got in the way and then I
forgot about it); wondering how many people know about it, because I
haven't seen it documented anywhere
