There's no such thing that I'm aware of. The problem is that you don't usually really want to "view" g-code, you want to simulate the operations that will be performed. And that kind of depends on how the machine is set up. I use LinuxCNC to drive my CNC router and the Axis user interface for it is pretty handy for this sort of checking. You could certainly install LinuxCNC giving it a null machine definition, but that seems heavy. My 4-axis CNC mill came turnkey with Windows-based software that has excellent simulation support, but that's clearly not useful to you at all.
