Hi Sergey, We use a system called PartKeepr. This is a stand alone stock control system so you would need to list your stock, then list everything from your BOMs to create 'projects' in partkeepr. http://www.partkeepr.org/ The blog says that it is now unmaintained - but also, a few posts earlier it says partkeepr is now using symfony2 framework, which I'm familiar with. Reservation of parts might be something that needs adding. I hope that helps...
