Yes, it seems to work, at least for traces. Unfortunately all loaded data is relative to pointer position, even when command LoadFrom(LayoutToBuffer, filename) is used. So really exact positioning may be not possible -- I will consider hacking PCB source code, maybe that is not too difficult.
