I get my solder and related chemicals from SRA: http://www.sra-solder.com/ They have many different types of solder, including several types of solder paste. Be sure to search for "electronic grade" solder paste...as there are other types which will not work for what you want to do. They are a smallish family-run company with excellent, old-fashioned customer service. I've been dealing with them for several years and they've always taken good care of me.
