Probably xdg-open, which will work on most platforms.

You should probably use "--size=3Dauto --margins=3Dauto" and also set --dpi
to something sensible.  I think.

If you wanted to be really fancy you could use "gaf config" to implement
a "schdiff" config group that mirrors the "export" group so that users
could configure the way that schdiff generates output. ;-)
