Peter, Thanks for doing this. I think the icons look fine. I've felt for a long time that having more buttons available to users on the menu bar would help with discoverability, and make it easier for folks to learn the tool. Given the recent uptick in activity on the dev list, do you have an idea for when it would be worthwhile to grab the latest stuff from git? (i.e. when the majority of the big fixes will go into the repo?)
