Please add them to the repo. An SMD and a through hole resistor should show on most designs how things are expected to work. One thing I've seen: You union full 3D geometry for copper and even silk. Wouldn't it perform better to union 2D first, then to extrude that? For silk and solder mask, 2D might be entirely sufficient. Anyways, thanks a ton for the work.
