It's very different. It builds 3D model from graphical data pushed to 
filter by pcb, while Berts filter loops through elements on pcb layout.

The board itself with all details can be exported in few mouse clicks. 
To populate board with components requires extra effort, of course - at 
least to put  proper footprint and model name into Description field (in 
case the component exists in some library).
