Am I misunderstanding something here? Is a "hole" in this case not a 
"hole"? Can I run traces through a hole? Can I put another polygon on 
top of a hole? Is this a "hole" with a zero diameter and a large 
clearance.  I need to study this feature a bit since it sounds like it 
has some potential.
