I have a schematic that I had to add a second page to and I did this
through the page->new menu command.  Now fter adding the second page I
can't get the auto number refdes to auto number the second page.  I am
trying to auto number the whole hierarchy and skipping selected objects
with nothing selected.

Do I have to auto number specific types and start with specific numbers?
