I think unfortunately GIO and GEE have no heap like data structures with
O(log n) access times, or even O(1) for push and decrease key operation
for bibonacci queue.

I am not aware of any serious one beside of CGAL and unmaintained gts
library. For Vala the swig C++ interface generator may work, at least in
principle.
