Someone send a patch to remove saving this line in the output file, and
I'll gladly commit it.

I often get annoyed by selection / highlighting state change diffs too
myself, but these have much greater claim to exist in the file than the
cursor location which cannot HOPE to remain constant (or useful) between
board saves.
