I put my command line printing on gedasymbols.org:

This produces a PDF with all schematics in a hierarchy. Every sheet is 
output only once, no matter, how often it is called contained in the 
hierarchy.

A glitch: portrait mode schematics will print horizontally on the 
page. Note  to self: Try to get postscript orientation right with some 
sed magic. A fix to the postscript export would be the better way, 
though.
