It's not hard, just a little tedious, to make traces bend
with arcs (there's an arc tool right next to the line tool).
I've used that occasionally for high-frequency layout.

There's also a feature (that I wouldn't trust blindly)
called puller (Connects/Optimize routed tracks/Puller) that
might round your tracks after a conventional layout.
