It is my understanding that the pinlabel of the sym in the "upper" sch
has to match the refdes of a pin in the "lower" sch. That is what I
found out from [1].

I tested this in [2] (look for files hier.sch etc.).

There i no use of "value=INPUT" or "IO" needed and "-5V" works just as
well as "+5V".
