The various print exporters could benefit from this too. The boundary box of EPS might be set to the extents of the outline. And the gerber may export a text file with width and height in millimeters and in inches. I'd even advocate for a dedicated action that calculates the extents of the layout according to the lines on outline. I need to pass this information to the fab for production. Currently, I set the local origin at the lower left, move the mouse to upper right and read the coordinates from the top of the window. This is kind of awward. ---<)kaimartin(>---
