Subject: | [geda-user] Setting rotate point on a footprint |
Reply-To: | geda-user AT delorie DOT com |
I created a footprint for 18 pin dip with oval pads for easier soldering. My first try. I seem to have gotten it right with just one problem. After drawing it all and selecting all elements, then "Select>Convert selection to element" and then selecting pin one for my anchor and rotate, the diamond appears in pin one. I save it. All seems well accept it will not rotate when rotate icon over pin one. I can place the rotate icon over any other place on the footprint and it will rotate. But, place it over pin one, with the diamond, and nothing. What am I doing wrong? tj
