Sigh. I will push a patch for the ps/eps converters, mirroring the fix
for the same bug in gcode. (Basically wrapping the do_export() function
in calls to setlocale.)
In fact, I suspect you will find you've still got the same bug in the
gcode exporter, because we fixed that after the 20110918 release.
