You could save yourself the effort of panelization and get inexpensive but high-quality boards from Laen's PCB order <http://pcb.laen.org>, it's USD$5.00/in^2 for 3 copies (i.e., $1.66/in^2 cost); International mailing is a flat rate of $15 for USPS Priority Mail, or $5 for standard first class. Laen has no minimum size and no extra cost if you send him several small layouts -- he will panelize them. Regards, Colin
