I have used pstoedit to convert a vector graphic to a poly for pcb. Is
there a way to change the scaling of this poly in pcb or do I have to
resize it in Inkscape/pstoedit? I would like to add the image to my library
and avoid having to create a new file for each different occasion I might
have to use it.
