Yes.  I used Myro, and they accepted the order and correctly
manufactured it without question - quite cheaply too :)

The gerbers I submitted to them were for a full panel, laid out as a 4
x 3 array of instances of the board you've looked at.  The v-scores
all run from top to bottom or left to right, completely crossing the
board.  I believe v-score lines need to always completely cross the
board this way.
