xgsch2pcb is not developed for years.

As for gschem, you may try the package lepton-eda from Debian or
Ubuntu.  It's the fork of geda-gaf where tool names have been
changed, e.g. use lepton-schematic instead of gschem,
lepton-netlist for gnetlist etc.
