Hi,
I think I have been mixed up in problems and arguments I dont understand.
Please compare my situation as a user of gEDA with the situation I am in
now. With gEDA I could install it by a simple statement or a click in
Ubuntu programs and I had access to a very good tutorial. Now I have spent
4 days installing Lepton-eda and I am not finished yet and there is no
tutorial. I am also left with the feeling that the Lepton-eda project is in
trouble. Is there an authorised version of Lepton-eda? Is there a tutorial
coming? What is Ubuntu's role now? Does gEDA still exist and being
maintained?
I realize that "you guys" work out of interest for the project, but I would
just like to know the situation so I can decide wether I should go back to
Ubuntu 18.01 and gEDA or wether I should continue my installation and wait
for a tutorial.
Am I the only user in difficulty?
Best regards
torben
