OK, I see. Your gschem version as I see in your eps is
  gEDA gschem 1.8.1-20121123-13-g875406c

Look, the command 'gaf' has appeared in the series 1.9.x. Before,
we used the following command:
  gschem -p -o some.ps -s /path/to/print.scm some.sch

I've done a document about printing in old versions a few years
ago:

v z h b  a n o v . b y e  t h o s  t 3 3 . c o m / g e d a / p r i n t a l l

Remove spaces to become the right address (hope, they won't ban me
as they already did when I posted this address as it is).

And also use Stuart's advice to get pdf.

BTW, I see your schematic in 'gv'. Boxes in components are black,
though.
