I haven't seen this problem, but I also haven't used your version.

The unit is changed because newer versions switched to using nm
coordinates internally.

The calculation error is a bug. It might be the same bug that messes
up the 0805.

Nono, you're doing super basic things that should work just fine.

Can you try building the very latest source?
