.IC sets node voltages, not device voltages. So you've set the voltage =

Most likely what you want is to set one or both of the nodes connected =
to C1 ("2" and "vout2") with .IC, and then run your analysis without the =
UIC option. That sets only the specified nodes, allowing the operating =
point analysis to find consistent voltages for the nodes you don't =
