I see from your schematic that your circuit needs a 6Volt source but
there is no symbol for it - so it will not be there in the PCB.

Usually one would add a symbol like a power jack or any other two pin
connector to connect a battery or a power supply.

One pin will be your +ve connector and one will be ground or -ve!
