If you want to change this to C-P (which is normally File / Print), add the following line to your gschemrc file: (global-set-key "<Control>P" &clipboard-paste) > and Paste from the edit menu isn't selectable. That's indeed weird. Maybe another application is interfering with your clipboard? Roland
