--000000000000b63af805bcae59fa Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" This is how I achieved solder mask windowing in 2012 in gEDA PCB http://vk5hse.blogspot.com/2012/12/a-geda-pcb-pad-without-solder-mask-howto.html?m=1 Nowadays I would simply draw polygons, lines or arcs on the negative solder mask layer in pcb-rnd to create apertures anywhere on the board, or in the padstack editor dialogue to create custom mask apertures on a padstack.
