If you're using pinnumber=A5 in the symbol, you have to use "A5" for the pin NUMBER in the footprint. I.e. you have [... "A5" "17" ...] which sets the NAME to A5, but the NUMBER to 17. Try this: [... "A5" "A5" ...]
