> - my own pcb layer stack is not used gsch2pcb has its own internal "template" that's used. Try using PCB's File->Import instead of gsch2pcb, then you get whatever layer stack you've defined. Or, create the pcb with PCB first, before you run gsch2pcb for the first time.
