I use a regular blade, #2 or smaller. It makes dust but it's a woodworking shop so I have dust control. Each blade is good for about 20 inches then they get replaced, or if possible, I move to a fresh section of the blade. I've since switched to a metal shear for most cutting but that only works for straight lines.
