Thanks. I'm sometimes very inefficient expressing myself. Sorry. Let me clarify on simplified case. The two filled regions are inside each other: a filled rectangle inside a (larger) filled rectangle. So in pcb, I draw 4 lines to make a closed rectangular contour, then make two appropriate rectangular fills. I'd like now to remove the boundary contour - the one that separates the two regions (I want to maximize copper area). I understand it's impossible (I use version 20110918). I'm asking for the proper/best workaround. To make the boundary line 0.01mil, ignore DRC, and hope the line will disappear on fabricated PCB?
