I'm trying to figure out how to find model files. Some of these I 
thought would be easy to find, like the CD4093. I'm still looking. I'm 
using ngspice (well, I just successfully finished the tutorial) and 
figured rather than try to tackle my complete circuit, I'd just put an 
AC source onto the 4093 which would let me see it make nice square waves 
out of the input sine waves.

First hurdle is finding a model file for the 4093. I've tried poking 
around the files directory of the LTSpice yahoo group, but if it's 
there, it's hiding.  I found a model for a different version of spice, 
but the model looks nothing like the ones in the tutorial and includes a 
reference to xsimcode which is a file full of untagged numeric values.

So is there some clearinghouse for component models for the 4000 series 
chips? Or is it built into LTSpice and I should just switch over to that?
