For most simulation purposes, just about any diode model will work. Which SPICE netlister are you using? For spice-sdb, see section 4.7.3 at http://www.brorson.com/gEDA/SPICE/x150.html for one way to set up your attributes. The value attribute doesn't affect simulation in this case.
