Running Duke w/o sound is not their fault.
You need cli2nop.zip to get it go.
Admittedly, the built-in solutions (that they lack)
are usually better than cli2nop, but its still usable.
(haven't tried on reactOS though, but its a common
problem)

What buggy windows do have DPMI these days?
Or are you referring to WinME or NT/XP?
