So it won't work without this, but it's found in /v2gnu/gtxt192b.zip ,
which is 8 MB (8,391,218 bytes). However, the actual file is 
"lib/libintl.dxe", which is only 32,603 bytes uncompressed.

And, although I didn't do exhaustive testing (obviously), it does work
correctly, as presumed.
