Thanks for the responses. It's working again. Evidently I needed to
"reread active file to check for any new news", which is done by
pressing Y, or possibly "toggle display to show all/subscribed
groups", key y, which I accidentally did some days ago. (Lucky me.)

I've never had to do that before.
